What about megalayer? How about megalayer America? Megalayer's US server is located in the San Jose computer room. By default, there are three lines of optimized bandwidth (Premium Network), omnidirectional bandwidth (Standard Network), and international bandwidth (International Network) for you to choose from. We have tested the optimized bandwidth before (evaluation stamp View here) and omnidirectional bandwidth (click here to view the review). Today we bring you the actual measurement of international bandwidth. The test data is for reference only!

Dedicated server: https://account.megalayer.net/cart.php?gid=3

This time we used e3-1230v3 for testing. We saw that the ASN is cogent, so are you looking forward to unlocking streaming media? The current hard disk I/O is approximately 469MB/S:

FIO tests reading and writing data, roughly as follows:

The default bandwidth is 200Mbps, and the traffic is not limited. Here, we use speedtest to run a circle on different nodes of the three networks in mainland China to see how many uplinks and downlinks there are? The approximate measured data are as follows:

Evening rush hour, this data is very important, let’s take a look:

Actual measurements of some international nodes of speedtest:

speedtest data of nodes in Asia region:

iperf3 tests several European and American nodes:

Files stored on the test server, Guangzhou Unicom Home Broadband, downloaded directly from the browser, approximate speed:

Evening rush hour, here comes the key data:

Evening peak, Hubei Shiyan Telecom, download speed:

Evening peak, Sichuan Meishan China Unicom, download speed:

Latency data of multiple nodes of three networks in mainland China:

Telecom outbound: This is the backbone network directly connected to San Jose

China Unicom outbound: backbone network directly connected to San Jose

Mobile outbound journey: Take Hong Kong CMI to Japan pccw and then to San Jose

Telecom return:

Beijing direction: take pccw to Los Angeles, and return home directly from China Telecom and pccw pop in Los Angeles

Shanghai/Guangzhou direction: Take cogent's direct international route from San Jose back to China

China Unicom return trip:

Beijing\Shanghai direction: directly cogent from San Jose to return home

Guangzhou direction: transfer from cogent to level 3 to Los Angeles, and directly connect China Unicom and level 3 pop in Los Angeles back to China

Mobile return: From San Jose pccw/cogent, pick up the mobile San Jose node and directly connect back to China

tiktok unlock: invalid

Unlock some cross-regional streaming media: get Nephi, spotiffy, steam, chatgpt, etc.

Unblocking some North American streaming media: almost getting the vast majority of streaming media

Server performance test, this is optional, it is an independent resource anyway:

A rough summary:

Dedicated server, SSD hard drive, there is nothing to say about the performance, the resources are all yours;

In terms of network, China Mobile basically pops directly back from China Mobile San Jose. Some of China Telecom and China Unicom have international lines and some are direct connections. Judging from the overall test data, the effect is still passable even during the evening peak. If you are interested, you can study it carefully yourself!

By the way, this IP is quite powerful for unlocking streaming media!
