Solution:

The first step is to check whether there are security settings in the slave's iptables and make sure port 6767 is open. The second step is to try to see if you can access https://salve-side IP:6767/command.php from the browser. The third step is to edit the /usr/local/solusvm/data/allow.dat file on the slave side and modify the IP of the master server into it.
