To summarize, from the data point of view, there is not much difference in user experience between Seattle and Los Angeles. We can choose from both. If you are not satisfied, you can apply for a replacement to experience the speed of different computer rooms. Snail generally does not recommend VPS, nor will it say which one is good or bad, because there are many merchants with different machines and different user experiences.
