If we already have a VULTR account, we can submit a work order through TK. The title of the work order is arbitrary, as long as it is in English. You can ask if there is an Alipay payment method, or ask about Alipay (what am I asking? (when Alipay is supported), then they will usually enable payment methods that support Alipay.
