Solve the problem of modifying apt source 404 in systems below Debian 8

The reason is that Debian officially deleted files below 8; method: directly modify them to 163.

1. Make a backup mv /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.bak

2. Edit the /etc/apt/sources.list file vi /etc/apt/sources.list
