netflix-proxy: Create DNS to unblock Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now and other streaming media

A self-built DNS to unlock streaming media: Install Dnsmasq SNIproxy with one click, so that VPS that cannot watch streaming media can watch streaming media, such as Netflix, HBO, etc.

The following one only applies to Debian or Ubuntu.

Under SSH:
