At noon, Snail received an email from Tencent Cloud. One of the Tencent Cloud servers was attacked and its IP was blocked. I remember that the previous policy was that a blocked IP address had to wait for 2 hours before it could be unblocked. I remember that there had been similar situations before and this problem could be solved by changing the IP address. Then I went to see if it could be solved.

Snail unblocked and changed the IP address according to the previous solution strategy and found that changing the IP was not allowed during the block period. So we can use other methods. We can see that there is a self-service unblocking link in the email.
