First, install the latest version of WDCP

If we need to customize the installation, we can change the last line. Replace it with the following:

sh lanmp.sh cus

This way we can select specific software versions and combinations. Because compilation and installation are used, the software installation process takes a long time, and the snail does not take screenshots here. In the end, I waited and waited until the installation was completed.

Second, experience the current WDCP panel environment

The purpose of installing WDCP today is to experience and see if there are any changes in this panel that I have not touched for a long time. In fact, it is a pity that what was once a good hand has turned out like this.

Here you can see that the current new version of the WDCP backend interface has been modified. Although the details are rough, it is at least better looking than before. You can also see familiar website building, database, FTP and security functions in the left menu.

In the WDCP background, we can see multiple PHP management, but this is a bit of a bad experience. You cannot click to install online, but need to go back to the SSH script to install. And we see that the current PHP version is not displayed, and we cannot see which PHP versions are currently installed.

Here you can see that the current management of SSL certificates is improved than before. Supports quick installation of LETS free certificates and paid certificates.

I remember that security management and system management are almost the same as before, there are no special added functions. After all, this WDCP was relatively mature after so many years.

To summarize, if the current WDCP panel returns to user selection, what needs to be strengthened is the version control management of software, such as the switching experience of Nginx, Apache, and other engines, as well as the visualization of PHP and other software versions mentioned above. Operation, you cannot allow users to install software in SSH after installing the panel. This is not the original intention of installing the panel.
