Previously, vps primary school students have shared with you the xshell installation tutorial and xshell setting Chinese interface. Today we will share how to use xshell.
First, open xshell and select "New"
New
In the "New" attribute tab, we can add the "Name" column casually, mainly to facilitate our memory. "Protocol" is used. The default is ssh. "Host" fill in our server IP No other changes are required, just click OK
Link name
In the "Session" window, we select the name of the vps we just set, check "Show this dialog box on startup" in the lower left corner and select "Connect"
Session
We will then be asked to choose how to save the password. We choose "Accept and Save" so that we don't have to enter the password every time
Password
Then we enter the vps administrator username, which is usually root under Linux
Username
Then enter the password and remember to check "Remember Password" in the lower left corner
User password
Then this dark interface appears, and our login is successful
Login successful
The background interface after logging in is very similar to DOS. We can just enter the command line by line. What needs to be noted is that when entering the password under Linux, the cursor will not move. Also, if you copy a text command, it is best to paste it into an email on xshell and press Enter to execute it.
In short, xshell has many great applications, which requires you to slowly explore them. We will use xshell to make many very interesting applications in the future, please continue to pay attention to the blog of vps primary school students.
