Due to upstream network force majeure causing route changes in Hong Kong, we will provide a free region switching service to all affected customers in Hong Kong. If you need to change services from Hong Kong to other regions, please back up your data and submit a work order. The template is as follows Title: Migrate HK VM content: Please migrate my HK VM (s number) to [target region]. I confirm that I have backup my data. Please note: 1. Changing the service area actually means opening a new service in a new area, so all data on the server will be lost. The assigned IP and SSH fingerprint will also change. 2. The target area cannot be changed if the inventory is sold out or does not support your current service type. Customer service will ask you to reselect the change area. 3. After the service changes, the used traffic will be cleared. 4. Hong Kong’s upstream network may be restored at any time, but there are no regrets or refunds after service changes. If the IP is blocked during activation, it can be replaced for free within 24 hours. 5. Service changes are limited to valid services purchased on February 10, 2023 (inclusive). Suspended services and those purchased later are not within the scope of the change permission. 6. This free switching service ends on February 28, and V.PS reserves the right of final interpretation.
