Huawei Cloud: Cloud Innovation Campus Plan

Huawei Cloud has launched student computers, and currently only one datacenter in Beijing is available. Student identity needs to be verified and can be renewed for a maximum of two years, that is, one year of purchase + two years of renewal, which can be used for up to 3 years in total. The annual price is 99 yuan, which is quite generous, and is similar to Tencent Cloud’s student computers. However, virtual hosts in mainland China need to be registered when used to build websites, so if you buy them to build a website, please register yourself. Huawei Cloud's VPS seems to have been promoted recently, but I don't know what its technical strength is.

Event Rules

1． Active objects:

For full-time college students (undergraduate, master's, and doctoral) who have passed personal certification on Huawei Cloud's official website.

2. Activity content:

Eligible users can purchase a student discount package, which includes a cloud server (1 core CPU, 2G memory, 40G system disk), 1M bandwidth, and IP.

3. Purchase limits:

3.1 Real-name authentication and student identity verification must be completed, and the two information must be consistent.

3.2 Full-time college students (undergraduate, master, and doctoral students) can enjoy preferential prices during the validity period of student certification.

3.3 The same user (the same ID card, the same student ID card, etc. are regarded as the same user) can only purchase student discount products once.

3.4 Student discounts are not shared with other preferential policies, and the use of coupons is not supported.

3.5 The purchase period of the package can only be selected from 1-6 months or 1 year.

4． Reconfiguration restrictions:

4.1 Users are not allowed to downgrade the configuration after purchasing the campus package.

4.2 If the upgrade exceeds the specified configuration, you will no longer enjoy the student discount.

5. Renewal limit:

5.1 Before the server expires and is recycled, each server can enjoy up to three renewals at a preferential price after successful purchase (each renewal can be up to 12 months). After the discount renewal qualifications are exhausted, student discounts will no longer be available.

5.2 The user selects 1-6 months for the first time purchase, and can only select 1-6 months for the renewal time; the user selects 1 year for the first time purchase, and can only select 1 year for the renewal time.

5.3 If the server is not renewed on time after expiration, the server will be recycled.

6. Refund Limitations:

Supports refunds without reason within 5 days (refunds midway are not supported after 5 days);

7． To ensure the fairness of the event, Huawei Cloud has the right to revoke package qualifications from users who maliciously use event resources ("malicious" refers to behaviors that undermine the fairness of the event, such as abnormally registering accounts to obtain resources) or use resources to engage in illegal activities. ; Please leave real and valid contact information. Huawei Cloud may contact you based on the contact information you have reserved. If you cannot be contacted through the contact information you have reserved, you understand and agree that Huawei Cloud has the right to freeze your resources, terminate services, and reserves the right to further cancel your account. When the service is terminated, your data will also be deleted and cannot be recovered.

8． All users who participate in this event are deemed to have recognized and agreed to abide by the Huawei Cloud User Agreement. Huawei reserves the final right to interpret this event. Huawei Cloud has the right to independently decide and adjust the specific rules of this event based on its own operational arrangements. The specific event rules are subject to the rules published on the event page. The relevant rules will take effect once they are announced and you should abide by them.
