Vultr, a well-known hosting provider in the United States, features a VPS that can be deleted and rebuilt at any time, which is equivalent to changing the IP. The cloud server merchant vultr already has a Korean computer room in its backend, providing Korean cloud servers (South Korea VPS), but VPS is not available yet. Exactly when it will be available may have to wait!
