Evaluation script: Backhaul routing test script version update

The backhaul network type of the server is crucial for us to understand the network status of the server. The blogger has simply optimized the previous script to adapt to the currently popular line types.

Note: Applicable to centos7, other operating systems are not supported yet. Update content: 1. Optimize test speed and improve experience 2. Add support for IIJ and SoftBank line detection
