Blog adds comment email reminder

Based on a friend's suggestion, we added a comment email reminder function to the blog. If your comment is replied to by someone else, you will receive a reminder email.

If you find the email reminder annoying, just reply to the email directly and we will check it.

If everyone responds poorly, we will remove this feature.

Now on trial for half a month. So keep it on top for half a month.
