Use Virtualmin/Webmin panel to add MYSQL database user method

First, switch the Webmin panel in the panel

Second, add a new database user

After clicking user permissions in the picture above, we are ready to add a new user.

Click "Create new user" in the picture above to add a new database user.

Third, add database name
