It needs to be reminded that currently it seems that loading the ISO 2003 version of the system is invalid. It is not clear whether it is an ISO problem or an official restriction. After testing, the 2008 version can be installed, so the testing process on Snail is using The 2008 version (Kana is making an integration package, so I will share the process later).

First, Vultr uploads the ISO system package

To begin, we must first upload ISOs in the \\"my.vultr.com/iso\\" panel interface. Only 2 can be uploaded at most. This will facilitate our subsequent loading. If the synchronous loading speed is slow, it is better to upload it.

Second, create a new VPS and select a custom ISO

Select the DEPPLY connection menu in the navigation bar, and then select the VPS plan we need.

Here we select the required computer room and select the ISO uploaded in the first step when customizing the ISO. Then we choose the memory plan, the lowest is 768MB for 5 US dollars a month.

In this way, we can create it after PLACE ORDER. After creation, the PENDING state will change to the ACTIVE state after dozens of seconds. We can enter the current VPS for management and install the WIN system settings.
