Docker Desktop version 4.9.0 released, adding some new features and fixes

Docker Desktop released version 4.9.0 a few days ago. Fixed an issue that caused Docker Desktop to hang if you quit the application while Docker Desktop was paused. Fixed an issue where Kubernetes clusters would not reset properly after PKI expired. Middle-mouse clicks on buttons in the Dashboard now behave as left-clicks instead of opening a blank window.
