Part1. Machine information overview
The machine configuration for this evaluation is: 1 core 1024M 25GB SSD 30Mbps port 1TB traffic (Tencent Cloud Silicon Valley computer room, USA). The machine is based on KVM virtualization. The recently popular Tencent Cloud Lightweight is just like Alibaba Cloud Lightweight. Tencent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud It’s a cloud battle arena. There are performance limitations that you can understand by yourself. Comes with an IPv4. Gia should be defenseless. The CPU is a high-end Gold 6133 (not considered low-frequency in server u).Part2. Network quality test
It feels pretty good when operating SSH. The blogger's local telecommunications network can be seen from the subsequent routing test that it is indeed more suitable for telecommunications users. However, the local China Unicom network is also very smooth. There is a sense of data lag when running the script, but compared with Slightly, the user experience is pretty good. Next, let us analyze the machine network quality through route tracing (return), actual website building Get speed, and Ping test. Figure 1 is the return route, and Figure 2 is the outbound route. Analyzing the two together, we can see that China Telecom is indeed relatively high-quality and uses GIA for the return journey. The route is smoother and more direct. It connects directly to Silicon Valley from Los Angeles; China Unicom uses China Telecom CN2 for the outbound journey and its own backbone for the return journey. However, thanks to the light load of its own backbone network, the user experience should be acceptable. Relatively speaking, mobile is the worst. There is no special line blessing and optimization, and its own backbone network is rubbish. Mobile users are advised to wait for Hong Kong to go online lightly, or wait for Singapore to restock. This Silicon Valley model is definitely not suitable for you. There are no highlights in the ping test, and there are even more timeouts. It seems to be just average, at the level of an American VPS, and has little reference value~ Two of China Telecom's three nodes are fully loaded with uplinks, and two of China Unicom's nodes are fully loaded with uplinks. It looks pretty good. There is no speed limit for downlink and 30Mbps for uplink. (However, speedtest’s mainland China node speed test seems to be very inaccurate. Recently, I have always found this problem, and the results are falsely high)Part.3 Machine Performance Test
Next, we will analyze it through four aspects: IO read and write speed test, NGINX compilation time comparison, LemonBench test results, and Pagoda benchmark test. If the CPU performance is lightly limited, how is this product? It seems that the CPU score is very unexpected. I originally thought that the single-core limit performance would be around 600, but it actually got 855. This score is much higher than other single-core chicks. io seems to be more rubbish. The score of 131MB/S is at the level of a SAS hard drive... The Pagoda benchmark also shows that the CPU performance is no different from other single-core vps. It is used to introduce a small site or provide reverse acceleration for telecom users. All are still good.
