Based on the latest information available from Host Information, Oracle has updated its official documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/FreeTier/freetier_topic-Always_Free_Resources.htm), added idle calculation example explanation paragraph, and highlight that idle computing instances will be recycled.

Oracle defines idle instances as instances that meet the following conditions within 7 days:

1. The CPU usage is less than 10% 95% of the time 2. The network utilization is less than 10% 3. The memory utilization is less than 10% (only applicable to A1 ARM Free instance)

It is understood that there have been rumors that Oracle will delete idle free instances, and the official once added the rules to the document, but then quickly deleted the relevant paragraphs. Oracle has clarified this rule in this update.
