DMIT: Console upgrade to support PTR record synchronization

1. Upgrade the LAX Pro/LAX sPro model configuration again. Existing packages will also be upgraded. As you can see from the picture, the 1T traffic has been upgraded to 1.5T. 2. LAX & SJC area Pocket and above models will no longer shut down when the data is used up, but will automatically slow down until reset next month. 3. The price of LAX’s additional hard drive is reduced from $0.15/GB to $0.10/GB, and the price of additional traffic of LAX.sPro model is reduced from $0.05/GB to $0.03/GB. 4. The LAX area fully supports the snapshot function. Each LAX Pro instance has 1 quota, and LAX sPro has 2 quotas. Other regions will be supported gradually, with the priority order being SJC>HKG>TYO.
