The order total is less than 60 US dollars, and the payment orders are less than 10 (some people like to recharge into the account and then consume. If the recharge exceeds 60 US dollars and there is no consumption, no refund is allowed)

6. The account was created 30 or fewer days ago

The account must be registered for more than 30 days

7. Client had not used the right to Refund under a different account

Customers cannot speculate using multiple accounts to adopt this refund model, and it is useless to register multiple accounts.
