If it is Active, it means that the VPS host has been activated, while Pending means that it is waiting for activation and has not yet been activated. Cancelled means that the order has been cancelled, which is common among merchants that have stricter user account reviews.

d. If the VPS is online normally and ping outside mainland China is normal, but the host cannot be connected, there may be several situations: 1.
