He told me that the disk was full, so he asked a friend to delete some files, and then the panel could be opened, but the website could not be opened. First, restart Nginx and Httpd

service httpd restartservice nginxd restart

Create the logs/error.log folder and file manually and throw them in. It doesn’t matter if they are empty.

Finally, restart NGINX and HTTPD. You can see that there are no error messages and the website opens without problems. The problem is solved.
