Alibaba Cloud's security group is quite tricky. For convenience, you can open all ports.

1. Alibaba Cloud sets security groups by zone. Enter the zone of your own product

2. Enter the security group

3. Enter the rule configuration page

4. Set rules Protocol Type: Both TCP and UDP must be set Rule Direction: Both incoming and outgoing traffic must be set
