How about HostVDS? HostVDS has been established for some time. The merchant provides cloud servers based on the OpenStack architecture. Similar to Vultr and DigitalOcean, it supports monthly/hourly billing. The current data centers include computer rooms in Moscow, Russia and Dallas, the United States.
