How to use Payoneer to bind PayPal for cash withdrawals

1. Register Payoneer

2. Bind Payoneer card to PayPal

After opening PayPal, enter the user settings center in the upper right corner, then select Finance and go to the bank card management page (direct link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-ach) , and then click Add Card, you can see the page shown below:

There is no need to say more about the bank name and account, just fill it in according to the instructions given by Payoneer. Write the bank code (ABA) on the Payoneer page. After filling in, click Continue.

If it succeeds, you’re done, and you can withdraw money directly on PayPal. If it fails, we save the screenshot of the failed page, then go back to Payoneer, find online customer service or send an email or call customer service to inform PayPal that the binding failed. At this time, customer service will ask you to send him the failed screenshot, and then Customer service will issue you a new bank card, usually Community Federal Savings Bank. After the issuance is completed, we take the new bank card information to PayPal to bind it, and generally there will be no problem.

3. Make withdrawals

No need to say more about this. Just do it in the PayPal backend.

Generally, the first PayPal withdrawal will require review, and the review will take about 24 hours. Subsequent withdrawals will be directly processed by PayPal.

I have tried several times, but usually the PayPal withdrawal is completed within one hour, and it takes about 24 hours to wait for review on the Payoneer card. The Payoneer review is completed within two or three days, and the funds arrive in the account. Then in Payonner you can apply to withdraw the Payonner balance to a mainland bank card. As shown below. Generally speaking, it only takes about 1 day to withdraw money to a mainland bank card.
