LNMP one-click package upgrade Nginx version method to organize LNMP1.1/LNMP1.2+ version

The day before yesterday, Snail had compiled a method for upgrading a custom Nginx version using the commonly used oneinstack script in the article "One-click One-click Upgrade of Nginx Latest/Customized Version". At the same time, we also have a more commonly used LNMP script that can also be upgraded with its own tool script, which is used differently in different versions and models. According to the official statement, the methods in versions 1.1 and earlier are different from those in 1.2 and later versions.

This is not for the completeness of the tutorial, Snail also deliberately found the installation and testing of earlier versions. In this article, we will make a simple record of upgrading Nginx to LNMP1.1 version and LNMP1.2+ version respectively. Friends in need can refer to it. However, no matter what, we need to back up our data to prevent possible contingencies. I am not responsible for the integrity, it is just a record of my own testing.

First, LNMP1.1 version upgrade Nginx

./upgrade_nginx.sh

Enter the script installation package directory and execute the command.

Enter the version to be upgraded according to the prompts, then press Enter and press any key to install it automatically.

After the upgrade is completed, we can restart NGINX and check whether the website data is normal.

Second, LNMP1.2 and above version upgrade

./upgrade.sh nginx

Later, the new script method is different. In the same way, we need to enter the current version folder. Different versions have different customized folders, so you need to find the upgrade script.

Then follow the prompts and enter the version that needs to be upgraded.

After the upgrade, the current version will be automatically detected. We should re-detect it ourselves and restart NGINX to take effect and check whether the website is normal.

To summarize, different versions of LNMP use different methods. In fact, they all have similar meanings and are relatively automatic.
