If we use the AMH panel, we can use the AMBmail component module that comes with the panel for backup.

Click on the \\"Management Module\\" of the installed AMBMAIL component and then we can open and set up the backup mailbox.

The email here must be regular. For example, I use the domain name post office bound to Tencent Enterprise Post Office, or you can use QQ email directly.

The third step, set the timer

Add the time for automatic scheduled backup in "Task Schedule" in the navigation. For example, as a test, I set up automatic backup to be sent to the email address I set up before at 18:25 every Thursday. Just run the command "amh backup y y\\".

Finally, after we backup and send it to the mailbox, it will be a compressed file similar to y-20140515-182501.tar.gz.amh, with the AMH suffix. If we download it locally, we can remove the .AMH suffix. Then unzip it.

After decompression, we see that the WWWROOT and MYSQL folders are more important. The website files and databases are in them. The corresponding file names are the corresponding websites.
