Today when Snail was tinkering with the VPS host, he also forgot which file in the database he was operating (because it was a test machine, so he didn’t pay much attention to and record the process). When restarting the database, an error was reported \\"MySQL server PID file could not be found\\", the specific error reports are all like this.

ERROR! MySQL server PID file could not be found!Starting MySQL. ERROR! The server quit without updating PID file (/data/mysql/mysql.pid).

So Snail also looked for other solutions on the Internet, but failed to find a suitable one. Because I think the problem is caused by deleting the mysql-bin file, it may be that there is no write permission in this directory and the import cannot be written. So authorize chmod 777 to authorize the database directory file, and then restart the database.

You can see OK, the problem is solved. This incident taught me that next time I operate any task, even in a test environment, I need to at least record the documentation of each operation and back up the files. Otherwise, it will be troublesome to find the reason.
