AMH management panel series tutorial four: WordPress program installation and pseudo-static settings

Judging from the previous tutorials on AMH panels, we already have the conditions to build a website. Our mainstream website program still uses the wordpress blog system, at least that's how I do it. For the installation demonstration of the website program, I will use WordPress as an installation tutorial to demonstrate. The main purpose is to see the completeness of the installation and whether there are file permission settings and pseudo-static issues. Because AMH uses NGINX instead of the familiar APACHE.

Step one, create a site and add a database

You can refer to \\"AMH Management Panel Series Tutorial Two: Add Domain Name to Create Site and Database\\". If we need to create FTP, we can create FTP for our site separately. After the creation is completed, we can transfer the website files over a long distance.

Perform site installation, enter the database username and password information we created, and create a WP site.

The second step is to set pseudo-static

There is no WP pseudo-static in the default AMH panel. We can upload the commonly used pseudo-static rules of documents downloaded from \\"Common AMH script download address: Download address\\" to \\"/usr/local/nginx /conf/rewrite\\" file. In Edit Virtual Host Site, select the corresponding WP pseudo-static rule.

In this way, our site has been added and pseudo-static has been resolved.

To summarize, for novices, pseudo-static may not be as simple as APACHE, but it is still simple once you are familiar with it. After all, people have to learn more.
