Although the WDCP panel has been out for many years and has a large user base. Even in the past six months or so, some simple upgrade software has been updated to the original version that was not updated, but there are still some details that are not enough. In terms of detailed functions and perfection, it is slightly different from the recently released Pagoda panel. However, the basic functions of the WDCP panel are still there, and even if you want to solve a problem, you can search for help-related documents to solve it.
Snail has also seen many netizens, especially mobile WeChat frameworks, deploy WEB environments. Many people use the WDCP panel, maybe out of habit. A few days ago, Snail met a netizen who did not want to use the default Apache+Nginx combination and needed to switch to a separate Nginx. However, WordPress pseudo-static was not solved. After all, Apache pseudo-static is slightly simpler. Just throw the .htaccess file in the root directory. It can be solved, but the Nginx system does not have its own rules and we need to add them manually.
Here, Snail has sorted out two methods of adding pseudo-static rules in the WDCP panel environment and recorded them so that friends in need can see them for reference.
First, add pseudo-static rules to the WDCP backend panel
Log in to the WDCP panel backend, and in [Website Management]-[rewrite rule management], we can see that there are only a few rules of DISCUZ by default. In theory, if the official adds common CMS rules, it will work. Let’s add it ourselves here.
It ends with .conf and the file name includes _apache or _nginx, such as discuz_apache.conf, which represents apache or nginx files.
Then we can modify the pseudo-static designation rules in site management.
Second, modify it directly in the configuration file
1. Add wordpress.conf pseudo-static rules to the corresponding Nginx pseudo-static directory
/www/wdlinux/nginx-1.8.1/conf/rewrite
2. Modify the configuration file
include /www/wdlinux/nginx-1.8.1/conf/rewrite/wordpress.conf;
Add a reference rule to the current site configuration rules.
In summary, the above two methods can add WDCP panel site custom rules. It’s not difficult for users who know how to do it, but it’s a little troublesome for those who don’t. Officials should directly add common rules.
