Vultr How to activate a VPS with a monthly payment of US$2.5 and IPv4

Currently, there are only two areas where it can be opened, namely New York and Atlanta.

Directly to: Vultr official website. Recharge US$10 via Alipay or WeChat to get US$50. The US$50 is valid for one month.

Here’s how:

1. First open a machine with a monthly payment of 5 US dollars, select the two regions above, and then choose to retain the IP.

When reserving an IP, you need to pay attention. If you choose a New York computer room, choose a New York computer room. Don’t choose the wrong one. It is recommended to ping before retaining to ensure that the IP can be used.

2. After retaining the IP, we can delete the $5 machine. Create a machine again, select the $5 machine, and then select the IP we just reserved for the IP. Note that the computer room must be consistent.

Here comes the highlight. Right-click on the $5 option to check (or call it review element). Change all parameters such as VPSPLANID201, 201, hard disk memory and other amounts to VPSPLANID199, which is the parameter of the $2.5 package, that is Replace the content in the red box below with the content in the red box above.

We counted a total of 6 places that need to be modified, namely:
