First of all, Hostwinds VPS cannot be refunded according to the official website terms. This is indeed the case. Customer service also tells you that refunds cannot be made, but we can 1. Cancel the service first; 2. Confirm the cancellation of the service by email; 3. Submit a ticket (work Single) Apply for a refund; the refund here is not refunded to your Alipay or bank card, but to the account balance. 1. Cancel existing VPS
Click "Request Cancellation" of your VPS service to apply for service cancellation, as shown in the figure below:
