According to loc’s GeekDuanLian, in Tencent Cloud International, GV, PP, and WeChat authentication can be reused (it is said that WeChat authentication can be used 3 times, GV authentication 5 times, and the number of PP is unknown)
I tried it myself and it is indeed possible. (I stupidly used my driver’s license to authenticate it last night and opened a new account today)
Still use the original GV and PP. After successful registration, log in to "https://console.cloud.tencent.com/developer/auth#" with your mobile phone. You will be prompted for authentication immediately. Just follow the prompts step by step.
