Today Snail originally planned to sort out the applications of their new backend panel, but a troublesome problem arose. I am opening many computer rooms in Los Angeles, New Jersey, etc., and there are at least 10-20 servers. None of them are usable, and all IP addresses cannot be pinged. At first, I thought it was a firewall setting problem, but after looking at the previous The article does not require setting a port or anything like that. It should be possible to ping the IP address directly.

So I asked customer service about some work orders, and the answer I got was the same as I expected. It should be because automatic merchant activation can activate and delete servers at any time and even change IP addresses, resulting in many IP addresses being irregular. Used and then blocked. However, RamNode merchants did not filter out the blocked IP addresses and still threw them into the activated IP addresses, so we can activate the blocked IP addresses with a high probability. In this way, for our users who need business in mainland China, It's simply unusable.

So the merchant’s customer service responded quite quickly and asked me to give them the current server ID and manually change a new IP address for me, so they helped me change the IP address to solve this problem.

Then we reply to the work order and inform us of the Instance UUID log of the current server. Then we will change the new IP address and restart the server to take effect. We just need to see if it can be used. The merchant's server is still good, but if the merchant does not control this problem, the quality of IP resources will inevitably be very poor in the future.
