The memory usage of LuManager is also relatively reasonable. The optimized lum configuration can control the memory to 60-70m. Generally, the initial memory after installing lum in centos by default usually only has 80-120m of memory. If you have to use a 128m memory configuration for a production environment... The simplest optimization is to go to the background - [System Management] - [Boot & Shutdown and other behaviors] to close some programs.

LuManager is divided into free version and paid version. For general personal use, the free version is enough.

Lumanager supports two installation methods

1 Source code compilation This installation is troublesome and time-consuming, usually ranging from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the machine configuration.

2 RPM package installation is simple and fast. If the download is fast, it can be completed in a few minutes (this method is recommended)

Source code installation (SSH login to the server, just perform the following operations, installation as root user is required)

1. Log in to the system: Log in to the system as the super user root. If it is FreeBSD, since the root directory is usually relatively small, please switch to the /usr directory for installation (cd /usr).

We recommend that you use the ssh tool and set it to UTF-8 encoding to log in to the server, because then you can see Chinese prompts.

Use putty as the SSH tool and set UTF-8 encoding.

2. Download the zijidelu_install.sh installation script:

wget http://down.zijidelu.org/zijidelu_install.sh

(FreeBSD systems use fetch instead of wget)

3. Grant zijidelu_install.sh executable permissions:

chmod 740 zijidelu_install.sh

(or chmod u+x zijidelu_install.sh)

4. Installation:

./zijidelu_install.sh -y

(This is a fully automatic installation. If you need semi-automatic installation, please do not use the -y parameter, that is: ./zijidelu_install.sh)

Steps 2, 3, and 4 can be executed together (FreeBSD uses fetch instead of wget):

If you need to customize the installed software, such as customizing the program versions of mysql and php, whether to install Apache, etc., you can directly download zijidelu_install.tar.gz, then unzip it, then edit the lun_install_config.sh file in the zijidelu_install directory, and then Execute zijidelu_install.sh to install.

5. Select the download point: China is the China Telecom download point (default), USA is the United States download point. After selecting, press Enter

6. Select the version you want to install: select and press Enter. If it is a Redhat series system, you will be prompted whether to use the rpm package to quickly install LuNamp. It is recommended that users who are short on time or who fail to compile and install choose the rpm package for installation.

Tip: If the network is interrupted during the installation process, please re-execute the installation (already installed ones will be skipped)

By default, environment packages are automatically installed, but sometimes it may not be completed smoothly. Please manually execute the command to install the following environment packages!
