Create contact form for WordPress website

There is a business site that also uses the WordPress program. There is a page to get a quote. Visitors can fill in their name, contact information, notes and other information on the page to get a quote.

This operation will trigger an email sending operation. The system will automatically send the information filled in by the visitor to the designated email address.

The following describes the main settings of the two plug-ins.

WP Mail SMTP

General settings

Sender: The sender must be set as our sending email address. and check the box to force the [Sender Email Address] setting.
Sender’s name: Fill in your own
Mailer: Other SMTP

WPForms Lite

On WPForms Lite, you can set whether to enable the verification code service. If your website may be subject to malicious attacks, you can choose to enable the verification code. Prevent someone from bombarding your inbox with high-frequency submission fields.

By default, there are two verification code services: hCaptcha and reCAPTCHA human-machine recognition system. You can also choose not to enable verification codes.

Create the fields that visitors need to fill in:

Add a new form in WPForms settings. Write the name whatever you want.

Then add your title, mobile phone number, notes and other information in sequence.

There is a submit button at the end that needs attention.

Click Settings under the field on the left.

In the notification settings, we fill in the email address to be sent and other information.

Confirm that the settings are filled in with the information displayed on our website after the visitor submits it.

Save the form when finished. Then there will be a short code behind the WPForms Lite form list. We can call the short code on the required page.
